1. www.edi.com.pl on line shop run by "EDI" Sp. Jawna Erding Arslan, Zdzisław Kieliszczyk, having its registered office in Izabelin, Hornówek, ul. Polna 9.

2. You can place orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week. www.edi.com.pl may introduce restrictions in using its services. Orders are fulfilled only in Poland. Users visiting our website from abroad may have limited access to information on some products.

3. Placing an order means completion of "an order form" and submitting it to www.edi.com.pl

4. The person placing an order is obliged to complete the "order form" providing true information.

5. Having placed an order, the user will be sent an autoresponse from www.edi.com.pl website, confirming that the order has been accepted. www.edi.com.pl on line shop may also confirm the acceptance of the order by phone. If you do not receive the confirmation, it means that the order may not be accepted for fulfilment.

6. www.edi.com.pl may verify the order made each time or may cancel the order in cases where there is any justified doubt about the accuracy of the order.

7. We start fulfilling orders on the next working day following the day the order is placed. If we need to verify an order, we start fulfilling it on the next working day following the day the order is verified.

8. In case of any doubts, the sales agreement is deemed to be entered into upon the acceptance of the order for fulfilment.

9. The prices of products offered by www.edi.com.pl on line shop are expressed in PLN and include VAT.

10. www.edi.com.pl may withdraw individual products from the offer without any prior notice.

11. www.edi.com.pl may change the prices of products offered without any prior notice. The change of prices does not apply to orders accepted for fulfilment.

12. The maximum order completion time (until the products are shipped) totals 2 days. If we do not have the ordered products on stock, we inform about the order completion time by phone. You must add the time of delivery performed by a forwarding company to the order completion time.

13. www.edi.com.pl shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by the forwarding company.

14. In the case of orders concerning several products to be delivered in one parcel, the delivery date will depend on picking the last product by www.edi.com.pl unless the parties agree otherwise.

15. The payment for the products can only be made by a bank transfer (advance payment) or in cash on delivery. Bank account number is provided in Contact site.

16. The products are delivered at the customer's expense and the costs of transport are calculated individually for each order. We ship products only by DHL Express (Poland) Sp. z o.o. We can use another forwarding company at the customer's request. Then, you need to provide your forwarding company details and customer number (if you have one) in the order.

17. Information on the amount of advance payment (order value) is provided by the shop staff by phone. You do not need to send bank transfer confirmation. The products are shipped after our bank account is credited with the payment. Transport costs are settled with the forwarding company employee on delivery.

18. Each transaction is confirmed with a VAT invoice or a receipt.

19. Claims about mechanical damage to the parcel that occurred during shipment will be considered only after a damage report is drawn up and signed by both the supplier and the addressee of the parcel.

20. In the case of any claims, you need to contact www.edi.com.pl by e-mail or by phone. Making a claim, you must provide your first name and surname, order no., receipt no. (VAT invoice or receipt and describe the reason for the claim.

21. We may not collect the parcel we have not been informed of earlier.

22. Pursuant to the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by hazardous product dated 2 March 2000, the customer may rerun the products ordered without any reason within 10 days following the parcel collection. It is possible if a product is not damaged, copied or used in any manner. The products should be returned to "EDI" Sp. Jawna Erding Arslan, Zdzisław Kieliszczyk 05-552 Wólka Kosowska, ul. Nadrzeczna 14, GD 5, BOX C-32 with a note "return". Additionally, please contact the shop staff by phone at (022) 218-42-02. www.edi.com.pl will reimburse the cost of the product. All shipment costs and any additional costs related to the transaction will not be reimbursed. The customer returns the product at his/her own expense.

23. In the matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by hazardous products of 2 March 2000 shall apply.

24. Personal details of the Customer are protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy of www.edi.com.pl on-line shop.

25. It is alleged that a Customer, placing an order, has read and accepted the rules and regulations.
