how to order?

Placing an order includes the following steps:

User registration (New account)
Before you place an order or while you place an order, you should create your own account. To create an account, you must complete a form, filling in all boxes marked with an asterisk. For proper registration you must read and accept the rules and regulations.



After you confirm the form, the system automatically sends a message to the e-mail address provided during registration, asking for account activation. The message contains a login and a password needed for authorisation and an activation link. Clicking on the link, you activate a user account and you may log in to the shop any time you want.

After registration, the customer may:
  • edit his/her data,
  • check history of his/her orders.

Placing an order

Adding products to the basket

All products that a customer wishes to purchase must be added to the basket first. You must click on "Add to the basket" button you can find next to the selected product.



Step 1: Basket content
You can check what is in your basket. Click on "the basket" immediately after you add a product or choosing the right link from the menu displayed in the upper part of the website.

The basket contains a list of products that were selected with quantities and prices as well as the total value of a given order.

You may also:
  • increase the quantity of products ordered,
  • decrease the quantity of products ordered,
  • remove the product from the basket,
  • empty the basket,
  • submit an order.


When you finish adding products to the basket, you may go to the next step by clicking on "submit an order" button.

Logging in / Placing an order
In the next step, if a customer is logged in, there are two forms to choose from:

Create an account
-  completing this form, you will have an account created in the shop database. It is intended for those customers that do not have their account yet.

Log in - this form is intended for customers who already have an account and can provide their login and password. It is possible to remind the password if you type the e-mail address provided earlier during registration.

If a user is logged in, this step will be skipped and you will be asked to provide the address and type of shipment.

Step 2: Delivery address and terms of payment
In this step you can:
  • verify and change the delivery address,
  • select the terms of payment - a customer should select preferred payment terms for the products,
  • type in additional information - the box where a customer can add additional comments concerning the order.
Step 3: Order completion includes:
  • final list of products ordered,
  • customer data,
  • delivery address,
  • terms of payment,
  • additional information concerning the order.

Step 4: Submitting an order
In the last step, we receive data concerning:
  • the terms of payment selected,
  • information needed for money transfer (the order number must be provided in the transfer description)
Note! Customers may cancel or modify their orders until they are accepted for fulfilment by the shop.

Submitting orders for fulfilment
Having placed an order, you will receive an autoresponse to the e-mail address provided during registration from www.edi.com.pl website, confirming that the order has been accepted. www.edi.com.pl internet shop may also confirm the acceptance of the order by phone. If you do not receive the confirmation, it means that the order may not be accepted for fulfilment.

Order completion time
We start fulfilling orders on the next working day following the day the order is placed. If we need to verify an order, we start fulfilling it on the next working day following the day the order is verified.
The maximum order completion time (until the products are sent) totals 2 days. If we do not have the ordered products on stock, we inform about the order completion time by phone. You must add the time of delivery performed by DHL company to the order completion time.

You can check the current customer status after you log in to your account.
