If you do not receive the confirmation, it means that the order may not be accepted for fulfilment. Order completion time We start fulfilling orders on the next working day following the day the order is placed. If we need to verify an order, we start fulfilling it on the next working day following the day the order is verified. The maximum order completion time (until the products are sent) totals 2 days.
